  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Fresh cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken

  2. Add kasuri methi, black pepper powder, and garam masala. Stir and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding water if needed.

5. Serve
